I'd love to know how many hours a day she puts into running a dead ticker to deserve a full time salary of $225,000/yr. And that's just the salary she'd receive. Never mind "plus additional cash and stock compensation".

How much additional cash and for doing what? It's really mind boggling.

And yes, she already has issued herself plenty of shares. I wonder how much cash she could possibly raise if she were to remove the restrictions on her shares.
