Down big time still again for the month because there's almost no volume, but that doesn't stop illegal trading in n-t-gl.
FINRA short sales of NT-GL

12.11% of today's volume was short sales! All invisible naked shares. Even though no legal volume.
There was actually 3,246,989 million air shares traded today and there was a naked short t-trade for only $1.03 billion dollars today.
This of course won't show up on the tape.
