Fact is hundreds of millions of shares are being dumped, enhanced by pitiful “911 trades” - that’s not opinion, it’s FACT. Pay the NVSOS a few thousand to reinstate the incorporation, then dump hundreds of millions of shares into the volume that “filing” creates.

With these OTC securities like EVTI there is always a story to inflate prices in order to dump shares on the unaware traders who either don't perform DD, perform less than thorough DD, and/or think regulatory agencies will protect them from scams.
