NO, NO, NO!!! That is "Quantum Efficiency", NOT efficiency in H2 production!!!!!!!!

All that means is they have a quantum dot that can produce 2 or more electrons per solar photon that hits it. Now, that it a good thing but does not have anything to do with H2 production efficiency.
What that means is they have a new quantum dot that produces more electrons as an output from an input of a single solar photon. That is, new output minus old output divided by the old output!
