Let's discuss the share structure here...

There are 4 categories of preferred shares in addition to the 6.34B common shares out already.

For illustration purposes, I will only discuss just 1 of the 16 preferred C shares issued. If that share were to be converted at $.0001... it would result in 10,000,000,000 (10 Billion) new common shares! And remember, there are 16 of them! (and 2 more Pref C's were just recently issued so it is not a stationary number)

Preferred A - 1000
Preferred B - 68,187,500
Preferred C - 16 (each share convertible to $1,000,000 worth of Common Shares)
Preferred D - 21 (each share convertible to $100,000 worth of Common Shares)

It is very clear that current common shares are effectively worthless... and why NO BID is the norm here...
