The problem with share count is 567 million shares means the net bottom line needs to be $5.67 million profit to be a whole penny. $11.34 million for 2 pennies.

For a company to boast a 20 times EPS multiple, GRPN has a lot of growing to do to justify its current PPS, let alone a higher valuation.

According to page 5:
CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED STATEMENTS OF OPERATIONS
(in thousands, except share and per share amounts)
(unaudited)

They made $59,000 last Q.

I think Rich Williams is doing everything right and can't point to anything he has done wrong.

I just want them to find a way to speed up the process.

Moving to higher profit margin offerings should do the trick if they can maintain the revenues while walking back from low profit margin offerings and pulling out of unprofitable countries, unless GRPN can implement the same fix overseas as they seem to be doing here in America.

If he can pull it off, he should win Best CEO of the Year.

I would nominate him for it already. He took over a terrible situation built on top line glory with no concern for the bottom line.

I think he is doing a great job.
