Effective as of August 20, 2017, Mr. Douglas Freitag resigned as a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Technology of the Coretec Group Inc. (the “Company”).

Mr. Freitag’s resignation was not a result of any dispute with the Company. Furthermore, Mr. Freitag will continue to serve as a consultant to the Company and he will assume the position of Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Company......Looks like Doug is working for Coretec as a Consultant to Coretec and Chairman of the advisory board based on this SEC 8K filing!!! Great to see Doug Freitag is a consultant to Coretec just as he was for Coretec before the merger with 3Dicon , same position he had with Coretec before nothings changed ..Great to see Coretec has such great people as Doug Freitag on board with the new company after the merger !!!!
