Effective November 1, 2017, On Track Innovations Ltd., or the Company, and its subsidiary, OTI America Inc., and USA Technologies, Inc. and Masterwork Electronics, Inc. have reached a settlement of their disputes and immediately thereafter dismissed the related litigation procedures between the parties. Said litigations were initially disclosed by the Company in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 6, 2017.
