How do you know? What information do you have that isn't already public knowledge? You likely don't have insider information because that would be just downright illegal; Ask Martha Stewart. So unless you have something based in fact, such as a signed contract with the Government, then please stop posting this type of language. Someone out there may actually believe you to their detriment.
