Could PTEL merges with 100 million ENTI SEC filed shares or ENTI consumes 100 million ...

Could be the Holding Co spits out a beverage co with a divvy payment. Then R/S to 900 million and those 10 million Ally cleared share join. 1.469 Billion ENTI exit divvy's with paper I hear.

Anyway... 3.4 billion to spend... To clear let's say 10 million shares. Some say $800,000,000,000.00 Company. That's not even 1% cost to Market.

Is 900 million 100 million and 400 million 1.4 billion ?
