OK Mr. Shortseller. We will listen to you.

Are you kidding me?

First of all the two plats that they "own" in the US have only been recently completed or are nearing completion and from what I can se are still in the ramp-up phase. Secondly, they only own a minority position in these plants. Everyone is always so bent out of shape about the two US plants. I say, who cares. Those plants were a development play. They did the development got all of their money reimbursed, got paid a huge fee for developing the plants and then on top of that were given a equity position in the projects. Pretty amazing if you actually read and look at the projects for what they are.

So they take there development fee and go out and start to build a business. Oh, by the way. So far all of the other AD that they have bought or are developing is outside of the United States. In fact, IF You READ, the vast majority of their pipeline is outside of the United States. So I don't know what your posts are for other than to scare people.

I think everyone needs to stop thinking about BLSP like some giant company. They are the a small struggling company that have been able to make a few things happen. IF they can get some good backing, they will do very well. If you do some homework, you would find that there are a bunch of companies like BLSP that are doing very well. The problem for people like us is that they are private companies. So BLSP is pretty much the public play if you want to be in wast to energy. Other than Covanta of course. Renewable Energy and I would bet that waste to energy is not going away. Most likely will only increase even if only as a way to get ride of waste. I think this alone is really important!

If you think that BLSP is a US only play than you have not read anything about the company at all. One of the best things about them is that they are not in one country.

I will say it again. These guys have made plenty of mistakes and sometimes I wonder why I am in this stock at all. But, I personally feel that this space will find its footing and if these guys can tough it out, this could be a winner. Remember some key points. York Capital, the guys tat financed the US plants and paid these guys a giant fee and gave up equity are not idiots. THey saw something in these guys. Lazarus, who is the largest shareholder that I can see is not running for the hills. What do they know? And how about the Dutch Government? Do I really think that they would hand out a grant for over $150million dollars if the company that I was giving the grant to were not up to snuff?

I can be totally of on this stuff. But I think these guys will make it. Good news here is that if I did not, I would just get out and move on.
