Not to mention . There is no longer a functional BOD. I just checked the website. Seems John Webber is CFO of a company that has no positive cash flow. No sales. Involved in a company that was involved in it's own law suit and stripped of it rights. His last claim to fame was for attempting to screw Fuji LTD out of retirement benefits. Every one else has disappeared of the BOD list. But amazingly squeaks out info about FDA this and FDA that seem to have popped up. Super disappointed
