that's what I thought and was checking now. It went down simply due to no interest/volume/buyer. It traded few hundred shares some days. Look at the chart and the volume.

If there was dilution it would show in the volume.

Plus SC13G/A filed on October 10, 2017, when the reported OS used is close to 3 million. So we know for sure on Oct 10 the OS was 3 million.
