The SEC usually doesn't target SEC Registered stocks that are delinquent up to one year in their filing obligations, but HERB is nearing their second full year of failing to report their Financials. That places the stock at risk of an SEC Suspension.

Over the last ~8 years the SEC has suspended and revoked the registrations pf nearly 1,600 delinquent SEC Registered stocks, so the risk for HERB is real.
