The majority of Non-Reporting OTC stocks (such as the FIXED-Small-SS peer AFTC: Zero Dilution for Seven Years or since 2010) have the FIXED-SS and they never diluted a Single share which is very true and that is why I prefer to invest into those Non-Reporting OTC stocks! However the OS of SNVP was diluted to over 600M shares now from just 330M shares in May).
