Vxx hanging tuff here, w all that’s come to pass this week: Fed can kick , new Fed Head , FB crush , AAPL crush , great GDP # annualized ( carry over from late last week) , this new ATL Fed report , UE report , TAX PLAN , and yet VXX still maintaining its base , but remember , it’s the all important close that matters .

As far as whether I believe the new ATL forecast , no and F no , because I don’t believe chit that comes from a bureaucracy w their own job preservation in mind .
