A SEC reporting "shell" is only "clean" when current. Absent of a Form 15, this is a high risk proposition in my book. What happened to that merger? I thought you were sure it closed. Now this is a "clean shell"?? Pick one but can't have both. Dontcha think Pope or Satic should issue a follow up 8-k being under SEC oversight? IF the merger bombed of course.
