As knowlegable as your colleague is, Arcam is incorporated in Sweden and must abide by Sweden's financial rules. That's why I posted what looks like the applicable rules and governing body in Sweden. I believe that these rules are applicable to Arcam, General Electric, Elliott Investors, and us. Please read them for yourself.
