You must have me confused with someone else because I never said anything regarding T-trades and dilution. I did however say that BVTK’s equity is being severely diluted by massive new common share issuance and extremely toxic convertible notes. The combination of endless new issuance and toxic notes is a double whammy, rapidly eroding BVTK’s equity structure, whether equity holders realize it or not. They will soon.
