MH falsely stated MM forms to FINRA were filed for 3 years .
I spoke to broker in NY who stated that he pulled the filings immediately and had nothing to do with Growlife-he notified them of his action '
They were immediately taken off trading and made it seem that they were off greys -were trading unsolicited for 3 years -no regulators.
The supposed store within a store; when called -the store manager had NO idea of who they were and they just hung the sign at trade show -
the boyfriend of the store owners daughter was given a consult position
for shares
On a personal history basis --MH had 2 home foreclosures before moving to WA -I don't judge him on divorce or personal history ;but it shows a pattern of personal debt transferred to other parties and use of others money to finance himself and willingness to withdraw at other's expense.
I DO still hold shares in Growlife ;but as many bag holders have experienced ,no longer have any trust in MH to be concerned about the shareholders . I have spoken with other bagholders and flippers -they were promised by MH -to stop dilution -then he did the EXACT opposite within a week of his promise -the deals were already in the works while he lied.
I think your questions and concerns are accurate ;but no one is willing to expend the energy to monitor MH any longer -notice the large number of shares voted against 6 billion share expansion -the insiders controlled enough to swing any vote -(consultants ,board ,etc )
By demand ,I reference your requests for more info -your CORRECT IN YOUR QUESTIONS ;but ,very few are willing to take the time and effort any longer.The distrust and reputation of MH's actions have driven the PPS $$ lower and lower, with little to no hope of turnaround . If Growlife
really wanted to fulfill it's grand expansion goals -it certainly has not shown that to be it's pattern .Each person added has done so for QUICK personal gain -Not the development of a sound business in a HUGE
future market .Just as a side comment -MH's salary and benefits are
more than 200% percent above any comparable company of Growlife size.
