Looks like Eastern Mexico might be getting more rain.

It won't condense anywhere near the tower. Water condenses when warm moist air mixes with cool dry air, THE OPPOSITE of the tower's dispersing of cool moist air into warm dry air.

More evidence of the poppycock Pickett is spreading.
