No I didn’t foresee Market makers manipulating the price down so much using large spreads and no volume to accumulate cheap undervalued shares. It was a no brainer loading 2.25-2.50s. Got my average to 2.90 with 2k shares.

As far as dilution, they did just issue “blank check” preferred shares and more “employee shares” via latest 8k. However, the major selling occurred when the 400,000 “compensation shares” became unlocked and sold on the open market once they successfully uplisted to the NYSE. It is my opinion that these shares have finished selling on the open market.

Earnings on Nov 11th will be solid and we should see 4.00+
