I would also imagine he’s been issuing many many shares too. To pay off his “management team”.


Now we know why Liddle Charlie doesn’t want the truth to come out. His “management team” may be liable for all of Perla Group’s and Charles D’Alberto’s debit, judgments, liens and any criminal actions.

That’s why he’s doing all this blustering with his pretend lawsuit! Charles D’Alberto is an uneducated delusional habitual liar and there are no lawsuits PERIOD.

Rbkservices, it’s been 7 years of Charles D’Alberto not paying his debt to you. All Charles D’Alberto has done is provided lip service. I would not trust D’Alberto and I would not trust anything he says. Maybe you could go after Charles D’Alberto’s “management team” for the money owed to you by Perla.
