I don't know, Monksdream, if you are an innocent victim of incredible distortion or not but there are ludicrous mistruths buried in this posting that should be obvious to anyone with the slightest knowledge of the subject.

Insys has continued to report record revenues.

In reality Insys' revenues have fallen drastically.

Leafly reported last year that Insys donated half a million dollars to the campaign to defeat adult-use cannabis legalization in Arizona.

So?

The plain facts are:

1. Insys future - if it has any - depends on legal medication derived from cannabis plants that are both psychotropic and non-psychotropic.

2. Insys has never made any obvious attempt to sell its drugs into the non-medical markets.

3. Cannabinoids simply have not shown to date the ability to deal well with the extreme of breakthrough pain from dying cancer patients - and other medical conditions.

4. The FDA, nor does anyone else, have the power to prevent a doctor from prescribing an approved drug as he sees fit for such conditions as extreme as breakthrough cancer pain within the limits of good medical practice.

5. Besides being a tiny factor in the opioid market, Insys formulations are very poorly suited to the requirements of addicts.

In no way do I defend truly illegal operations of any drug companies, including of course Insys, but Insys is obviously a victim of a legal lynching.

I cannot in good conscience suggest anyone buy this stock as it may finally succumb to that hell paved with good intentions - and blinding greed.

Best, Terry
