We'll have to wait for the next 10Q with updated OS to know for sure, but the recent amendment indicates there were additional shares registered that they didn't mention until now. Given the huge crash in stock price, either people are over-estimating the impact, or the number of shares outstanding has increased significantly. It's really a shame because any attempt to raise funds will require many more shares at these prices. In addition, the comp packages they recently approved for company officers are out of line given the lack of any real revenue generation thus far.
