In my opinion, as a response to your question.

....why would they sell it at less than market value? Then have conditions that are hid from their shareholders.

Why? Because they had / have nothing to actually lose. Even if the price they've negotiated with Tesla is a reasonable percentage of market value at the time, it will increase or decrease based on that value. But at present "nothing X nothing = nothing, in other words 50% of 0 = zer0.

"As this is a Canadian company with a Canadian and US ticker the financials are audited under sedar.com" was some information put to me by a poster on this board early on in the price movement from .22 cent.

I went, I looked, I saw. Nothing pertaining to the specific price nor percentage of the Tesla deal, but it did show some legitimacy of the company.

In these markets, things often change, sometime good / sometimes bad..........I've heard many say 2-4 years before production to market. You can bet lots will have changed by then.
