Response from the support agent at TD ameritrade:

At this time, we have not received the new shares. When companies go through a name change, you cannot just change the name internally, we need to receive new shares from the trasnfer agent. The transfer agent has not posted a date when the new shares will be made available. It could be today, it may not be for a few days. sorry foro the news.
