Once again OPXS "rally/uptrend" is due to yet another stock promotion. SA advisory clearly states right @ the bottom of their page that they own shares in all stocks they are pumping. Additionally, chart clearly reflects pps hasn't moved much since their last promotion back in June/July with the $1.30 high & is probably still right around (Pre R/S) 0.01 cent ranges which is where it hung for years lol
