Yes, there was talk of a merger. And yes, there was a reverse split stipulation. Reverse splits tend to be bearish, but that isn’t always the case. Mergers and uplisting to a major stock exchange are two examples of times when a reverse split could be part of a POSITIVE trend.

I recall reading the terms of the merger with EZ-ticket and concluding that MNVN shareholders cut of the deal could be worth enough to justify a valuation equivalent to $.0005 per pre-reverse split share. I’m looking for a 5-bagger here on value alone. Momentum could make it a 20-bagger. A bit speculative for sure, but if we end up getting 5% of a $25 million, newly relisted company, we would make our pretty darn good.
