There are many who continue to post negative about INO. That happens here, and on other boards. I've heard comments "no phase 3 for xx years", bla bla bla. That's how research works. Try - fail; try again - fail; try again - fail; then suddenly, there it is - Success. And if you're not in it riding the bumps during the hard years ... well you lose out.

So, I try to assess the facts at hand. And the reality is that this biotech company is armed with some really promising technology. There are serious, potentially global epidemics that INO's vaccines may help prevent or wipe out in the future. Any of which will bring great wealth to the shareholders of this company.

I ask ...
Why would the US Army partner with Inovio?
Why would a very credible investment bank initiate coverage at Outperform with an upside target of over 80%?
Why is this rated a buy by seven different firms, a cumulative price target of almost 12, and with no other rating less than that?
These are facts, not my opinion, and you can find them for yourself. (Benzinga, Marketwatch, etc.)

Why has the stock been steadily pushed down over the last few trading sessions? That means something to me, and that is why I'm increasing my position.
