Emails from Liddle Charlie D’Alberto. More proof that Charles D’Alberto’s lawsuits are imaginary.

Charles D’Alberto has tweeted the same post on twitter (4 times now and counting) that anyone with any information regarding the subject matter of his fictitious lawsuit to contact him at [e-mail].

Well someone did and the email exchange is hilarious. They sent me the emails.

The bottom line is: Charles D’Alberto will not email you a copy of the lawsuit(s) (publicly available info) unless you first provide your: Name, Address, Phone and a copy of your driver’s license. (This is for people willing to help Charlie win his imaginary lawsuit.)

Obvious Conclusion: THERE IS NO LAWSUIT.


Here’s the email exchange. (Certain information has been redacted and is noted by”*”. Also, the time and dates are all screwy, probably because Charles D’Alberto is hiding near Lugano Switzerland (according to his IP address).

In answer to your questions:

What is your current legal action?
In state of Florida. Civil and criminal action. $300 Mill lawsuit
Is your current legal action in Illinois? Florida. can be extended to other states if need be
Would I have to pay for my own lawyer? No
Would I be able to recover what I lost on *STOCK NAME*? Hard to say. Depends on what we recover and what assets he has.. However we are going to clean him out and possibly jail him!
