When it comes to NYSE-listed companies operating in the hemp space, many investors think of the pharmaceutical pioneer, 22nd Century Group Inc. (NYSE:XXII).

Recently, the company had a successful hemp harvest and field tests in partnership with the University of Virginia, as well as successful phase III trials of their very low nicotine cigarettes. While we recently just covered 3 major institutional investors loading the boat with XXII, we figured it would be a great time to fill in readers on the ETFs that offer exposure to the up-and-coming plant biotech company.

When it comes to ETFs exposed to the cannabis space, many think of the Horizons Marijuana Life Sciences Index ETF (TSX:HMMJ) (OTC:HMLSF).
