FINRA also did not find any fault w/vplm, even tho it says that vplm engaged in insider trading. I assume that is because it feels that it was an individual (Kipping) who engaged in the insider trading, not vplm itself, because it's alleged that Kipping did his deeds surreptitiously. That being the case (if indeed it is), again, why did FINRA find no issue w/Kipping. They investigated everything. They found Scottsdale or Scottsdale manager(s) guilty of accepting $1.7 mil worth of insider trader selling of shares, the majority of which, according to the info, was the Kipping/vplm shares sold. So again, why did FINRA not find Kipping guilty of insider trading?
