It's such a shame to presume that Uncle Ed and Raymundo were the only ones to prosper all those years of scamming shareholders at Grandview. Did you ever see the house Lisa lives at in Red Bank? She has benefitted and prospered from every scheme that Ray Purdon and Tom makmann - as well as ones with Purdon/Lattuca Had ever came up with together. She was a complicit partner for decades and shareholders eho know the history here will NOT be swayed by fake news.

Further evidence points of a divorce beteeen Ray and Lisa. I wonder what the motivation for Lisa would be to support the antics of Lattuca as per the court docs submitted?

My guess is because Ray and Lisa aren't honest with each other and likely think they are hiding assets. This whole thing is actually a ploy to get RAY PURDON to satisfy his debts.

If Lattuca and Lisa purdon went about this is a more responsible manner - they wouldn't have alienated all of the shareholders and certainly wouldn't have missed out on making some dough here. They could have been smart-- since they are already admitting to market manipulation by posting conjecture and theory - and NOT FACT- when choosing who to lay blame. This lawsuit was actually GEGI EXECUTIVE Michael Lattuca SUKNG HIS OWN COMPANY and specifically Ray purdon is business partner in the venture. Haha.
