Liquidation fund distribution, an example (off topic)

Bind was a delivery technique company and failed with their formulation of docetaxel.

However, the blog article I found is somewhat off-topic ... it's about their liquidation - some liquidations are special (stock trading after arbitrarily set record date, hedge funds trying to change the type of liquidation and record date, complex to handle procedures b/c of tax where one is dependant on qualified people at the broker side, payment by cheque - obviously a Sunday read):
