Re; SPCL Upper Level mgmt: for anybody who's interested, OACQ ( Origo Acquisiton Corp, aka, HighTimes Holding Corp ? ) filed their 10-Q on EDGAR ... 10/20/2017.
Looks like the HighTimes deal won't be finalized until 2018 ?
( Interesting to note that the future HighTimes Holding Corp [?] has been getting some pressure from NASDAQ to comply with the NASDAQ Listing Rule for "Minimum of 300 Public Holders/Investors." Probably just a minor speed-bump on the road to a future HIGH ticker on the NASDAQ ... or maybe BUZZ ?)
