On the topic of toxicity, at the very least, one has to agree that MYDX is shedding itself of toxicity beginning with sources of capital and continuing with certain entities in the interest of the company and its shareholders? Allegedly and evidently even post removal of toxicity, MYDX is still encumbered to protect the company and its shareholders and legal precedence will be set to prevent similar future occurrences.
