Ok I want to keep it simple so any lay person can understand without many massive detail calculations
I estimate thru Friday oct 20 2017 ( not the report of 18 million outstanding shares thru just oct 19 2017)that there has been the following:
original outstanding shares july 30 2017 approx. 2.9 million
estimated outstanding shares thru oct 20 2017 approx 28. 3 million
newly shares issued to complete the $143,910 note of 25.4 million
there were 25.4 million new shares issued thru Friday of which the noteholder got proceeds of approximately $231,800 on his shares converted based on the avg sales prices between aug 14 thru oct 30 2017 on the days he converted of which 20 million occurred mostly in the last 2 days and the rest between august 14 thru Oct 17 2017 or the other 5.4 million issued- since his note was for only $143,910 - there was a discount of 40% on his note
guaranteeing him a 40% profit and he got approx. $231,800 on the 25.4 million new shares sales between august 14 thru oct 20 2017
based on these metrics - the note was fully converted at end of Friday oct 30 2017 and hes done and fully converted
he can retain 4.99% of the outstanding shares but I doubt he kept any and dumped them by end of Friday
with an error rate factored in- I estimate if I am off on above estimates with an error rate factored in - it would be only $2,000 left to convert if I got the conversion prices a little high or the number of new shares slightly high on the Friday conversions
yes I believe the outstanding shares are at 28.3 million when they publish the shares thru end of Oct 30 2017 next week
and based on this data yes - there is an Over short of several million that now needs to be covered since the note has been completed and no new shares will be issued next week except for the $2,000 left I mentioned if I am on both price and number of new shares issued thru Friday
anyone have a different view then this ?
