There were about 15 drill holes (real drills, not winkie drills) completed in the South East Zone by Dominion Gulf in the 1950's. The average grade was about .35% Nb2O5.

SRSR/Nio Star drilled two holes in the South East Zone in 2011: DDH #81 and DDH #83. Both these holes averaged around .35% Nb2O5.

That is how the SE Zone Nb2O5 grade is conjectured.

But there hasn't been enough holes in the SE Zone compared to the 'D' Zone (about 60 drill holes). The 'D' Zone which has many more holes drilled, closer together, star confirmation by SRSR/Nio Star to establish a deposit.

The average grade of the 'D'Zone is around .47%.
