LA is the real gem.... if they thought SD had a cool edge by being down w/CT they'd jump all over it. You could get double digit shops rather quickly. They love to out do us haha.

I want to help this work.... if done right it could work. How crazy is the MJ sector? Things could change overnight.... or go down the drain to .000001.

12 billion O/S is bull$$hit i hear the naysayers.... but an R/S could be healthy. I think the only way they can climb out of the hole. But what if it works? Pennyland could potentially become dollar land.
