The video was SUPER EXCITING, but...

I admit I am not too certain about the 2nd item you listed. 90% of the business world don't know and don't care about either of those "famous" people. Only some business will gain from having videos of either of those 2 people. Plus, how many videos are these 2 guys willing to do?? If this is a CRM tool that they're hoping to have millions of people using, then 2 famous people does not mean anything. Unless...

...unless this is just a springboard into something bigger. Maybe they'll have a huge laundry list of famous spokespeople that companies can pay for. So instead of an actor making 100s of thousands of dollars on a tv commercial, they can make 10s of thousands? but multiple times on smaller CRM ads?

I don't know. I just don't understand that part of the business model.
