As far as the $3 share price, how long ago was that? Realize this stock has seen 2 reverse splits in the last 10 years:
Capital Change=shs decreased by 5 for 32 split Pay date=07/19/2006.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 20 split. Pay date=05/27/2011.

Matthews was caught scamming in the last 2 years.
