In 10 days the stock went from $1.73 to $3.11 (Roughly an 80% gain) after some good news. It takes very little buying to move the stock price. With an implemented cash dividend policy I know U.S. institutions will finally come to the table and blow this out of the water. And once they start buying they're not selling for years since the cash dividend will only increase throughout the years.
