DD as I said on one board ( here or facebook) on the 12th october I think, the unrestricted shares are reserved for the new partner(s) ( big company or VC's or both) and shares on dtc deposit are reserved to be traded when the deal(s) will be announced. So as you see you are not alone to think about several options.
