Seems as if you're not familiar with chart reading. A week ago we bottomed at 04 then shot up to 085 and have held 07 avg since. Maybe you were reading the wrong chart? You can also detect dilution by volume and MM's jump their ask when not getting hit which brings PPS down, pretty simply obvious that hasn't happened this week. IMHO you should brush up your dilution knowledge...cheers
