It would. But don't count on it...
I'm sure am missing several variables and they still have to win. It appears a lot of the big motions pushing through the court will be done by November and then it is preparing for trial. Hoping for settlements in November.

As for the stock it is valued at under 300k right now. I fine that insane. But that's the life of a micro-stock.
