Can anyone post the notice of distribution?

I thought stox was identifying a coupon pay date from the ECAPS prospectus.

All payments have been withheld by LBHI to RSM who will make the distribution to the ECAPS when appropriate.

This has been the case since May when the LPs were re-registered in the UK.
