I've called several times in the past two months and have not received a call back from them yet. Just leave a message with the secretary and my name and number and email address. But nobody has ever called me back. The phone hasn't worked for the last two weeks but just started working again today. I tried again and same thing. Just leave my name and number and email address but no return call back from the company.
