And I have been saying for years that SEO is the biggest problem. He is the one that caused the DOJ and SEC investigations. He is the reason that ERHC never attracted top tier exploration companies. He is the reason that ERHC could not get an AIM listing. He was the one caught trying to sneak a suitcase of money through customs. He is the one that allowed inferior management to screw up way too many times with no repercussions. He was the one who wouldn't even participate in the ERHC rights offering. He is the one that wouldn't put any more money into ERHC which caused the toxic convertible debentures to be issued. That, in turn, diluted both the stock and share price into oblivion. He is the one that allowed ERHC management avoid having regularly scheduled shareholder meetings and director votes and allowed them to screw over existing shareholders repeatedly.

Bottom line is, while he was the one who did secure the EEZ and JDZ blocks to begin with, he is also the one most responsible for ERHC not creating any value with any of those assets ever since then.

Believing he will now step in when Chrome has been shuttered and when he is in dire financial straits is a joke. I'll believe it when I see it. 12 days left and the MOU expires.
