i would suggest and suspect that those trades are signals regarding how the selling is being orchestrated here. there is slow but steady unloading of shares. by whom? who knows. but, the unloading is happening, if you look at the trading log. dolv is turning bearish. i would suspect, that if fnra has approved the symbol change, and the company were sitting on that info, you would see market indicators with some accumulative buying and the pps pushing up again. that is not what is happening. looks like no buying and leaky selling. problem with the selling is that with no volume to absorb it, the challenge becomes how to unload without tanking it full on. that is what i see happening here.
